Welcome to Ancora (“Ancora”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website ancoraatelier.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Availability

All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

·   limit quantities

·   discontinue styles

·   update pricing, descriptions, or imagery at any time

We make every effort to display product colours accurately, however screen settings may cause variations.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in INR. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order and delivery location. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be added during checkout.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

·   suspected fraud

·   incorrect pricing or product information

·   payment issues

·   delivery restrictions

If your order is cancelled after payment is processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Payments

We accept payment via Razorpay, upi, net banking, and major credit & debit cards. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Ancora does not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and charges are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are determined by local authorities at the destination and are payable by the customer. Ancora is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international courier processes.

6. No Returns or Refunds | Size Exchange Only

Each Ancora garment is handcrafted with care and produced in limited quantities.
We do not offer returns or refunds.

For domestic (India) orders only, we permit a one-time exchange per order for size adjustment, subject to our Exchanges Policy.

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

We strongly encourage you to review all sizing and product details carefully before placing your order. For accurate sizing, please refer to our Size Guide or contact us at info@ancoraatelier.com prior to purchase.

7. Alterations & Fit

Minor alterations may be required depending on personal fit preferences. Ancora is not responsible for alterations done by third-party tailors.

8. Customisation & Fit

Ancora does not offer customisation or custom sizing at this time. All garments are produced using standard size specifications.

Minor alterations may be required depending on individual fit preferences. We recommend consulting a trusted local tailor for any personal fit adjustments

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, imagery, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the property of Ancora and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

·   misuse the Site

·   attempt unauthorised access

·   introduce malware or harmful code

·   use the Site for unlawful purposes

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ancora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or purchase of products.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

14. Force Majeure

Ancora shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, courier disruptions, pandemics, or technical failures.
