Shipping Policy

Ancora ships both within India and internationally. Below is our shipping and delivery policy.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5–21 business days, unless noted otherwise on the product page. Dispatch times may vary depending on the embroidery, craftsmanship, and finishing involved in each piece.

Please note: During peak periods (including launches and the festive season), processing times may be extended slightly.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines following dispatch:

Domestic (India): 5–7 business days

International: 5–21 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or other operational disruptions beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

India: Complimentary shipping on all domestic orders.

International: Shipping charges and any applicable duties or taxes are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

5. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout. Ancora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or customer non-availability, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@ancoraatelier.com or WhatsApp us on +91 82911 37835, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and product

  • A brief description of the concern

All claims are subject to review and verification in coordination with our logistics partners.

Ancora carefully inspects and photographs each order prior to dispatch to ensure it leaves our atelier in perfect condition.

Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier partner once the parcel has been dispatched. While we will assist in facilitating communication with the logistics provider, Ancora is not liable for loss, tampering, or delays occurring during transit or after the package has left our facility.

Claims raised beyond 24 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.
