RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ancora, every piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted, often made to order or one of a kind, featuring delicate hand embroidery by skilled artisans. As a slow fashion label, our garments are produced in limited quantities with meticulous attention to craftsmanship.

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, or store credit.

Every Ancora garment undergoes a thorough quality inspection prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our standards for craftsmanship, finish, and detailing.

We strongly encourage customers to review our Size Guide carefully before placing an order. If you require assistance selecting the right size or style, our client services team will be happy to help.

Custom orders, made-to-order pieces, sale items, and international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@ancoraatelier.com with clear images of the product and packaging.

Please include:

Your order number

Clear images of the garment and packaging

A brief explanation of the issue

After verification, our team will review the request and offer a suitable resolution at our discretion.

Requests submitted beyond 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Due to variations in screen displays, lighting, and photography, colours may appear slightly different in person. Such variations are natural and do not qualify as defects.

As our garments feature hand embroidery and artisanal techniques, minor irregularities are inherent and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. These should not be considered defects.

Items sent back without prior written approval will not be accepted.
