At present, we do not offer custom sizing. All our garments are designed using standard size specifications. We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide carefully before placing your order. For minor fit adjustments, you may consult a trusted local tailor to achieve the best personal fit.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship to all countries.
Orders are dispatched within 5–21 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is estimated within 5–7 business days in India and 5–21 business days for international orders, depending on the destination.
India: We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders.
International: Shipping charges apply, and duties and taxes are determined by local customs authorities at the destination. These charges are payable by the customer and are beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/sms with your tracking details so you can monitor the delivery of your package.
Returns / Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our garments, Ancora does not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. All purchases are considered final sale.
Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing an order.
If you need assistance selecting the right size or style, our client services team will be happy to help prior to purchase.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@ancoraatelier.com with your order number and clear images of the product and packaging. Our team will review the request and assist you accordingly.

Yes. Ancora garments are made with craftsmanship-led techniques and detailed finishing.
- Avoid direct heat, steam, or friction on embroidered areas
- For heavily beaded styles, store flat in a breathable garment cover to prevent stretching
- Lighter pieces may be hung on a wide, padded hanger
- Keep away from moisture and prolonged sunlight
Thoughtful care will ensure your garment retains its form and finish over time.

We accept payments via Razorpay, including UPI, Netbanking, and all major Credit & Debit Cards.
Yes — payments are processed through secure, trusted payment gateways. Ancora does not store full card details.
